Energy Guide
We start this month still in the thick of the Sagittarius Full Moon.
This Full Moon started with Ceres, the asteroid of motherhood, nourishment, grief and healing, ingressing into the analytical, adaptable air of Gemini. Immediately after entering Gemini, Ceres joined the six year long outer planetary Minor Triangle by conjoining Uranus, trining Pluto and sextiling Neptune. Ceres will be a part of this Minor Triangle through most of June, nurturing the era-defining shifts starting this summer.
Furthermore, this Full Moon also began with a conjunction to Lilith taking Lilith's place in a Grand Cradle which was reignited on May 24th. The spine of this Cradle was an opposition between the electric yet intellectually detached Uranus in Gemini and the truth-seeking fire of Lilith and the Full Moon in Sagittarius. The redirection of this tension was through the Minor Triangles of this Cradle, with the Vesta-Neptune-Pallas-Saturn stellium in Aries and the Juno-Pluto conjunction in Aquarius mitigating the fiery opposition into visionary reformative justice and more equitable, mutually beneficial, growth-based relationships.
The transformation this Full Moon Grand Cradle pushed us to take was immediately reflected by Mercury's ingress into the Moon's home sign of Cancer on June 1st.
Cancer symbolizes home, emotional intelligence, somatic security, sensitivity, comfort, caretaking, and intuition. This marked the beginning of the end of this Lunar Cycle, as well as a shift from logic to feeling when it comes to processing and communicating. Thus, this ingress provides the answer to the battle between detachment and immersion which has ruled the last two weeks- stepping out of analytical overthinking and into a flow state.
This answer is made clear by the T-Square and Grand Kite which are both formed as soon as Mercury ingresses into Cancer. The Full Moon, still conjunct Lilith at the very end of Sagittarius, becomes the base of both aspect patterns by opposing Mercury. Mercury immediately squares Neptune alongside the Lilith-Full Moon conjunction. Still sextile Chiron in Aries, Mercury makes another sextile to the South Node in Virgo. These become the wings of the Kite, with Mercury in Cancer as the apex. The brutal honesty of the Sagittarius Full Moon forces us to face how we cannot out-think or logic out of our emotions through confrontation with outdated behaviors and habits, as well as unhealed past wounds.
While the Moon leaves this Kite on June 2nd, Lilith stays, thus this Kite doesn’t end until the fifth. Furthermore, the Mercury-Lilith-Neptune T-Square lasts through June 8th. Four days later, on June 12th, Mercury enters its Pre-Retrograde-Shadow phase, just two days prior to the next New Moon. This New Moon is in Gemini, Mercury’s home sign. Two weeks later, the day of the following Full Moon, Mercury stations Retrograde. Mercury will be in retrograde through July 23rd, when it enters Post-Retrograde Shadow for two weeks.
Thus, this month is deeply shaped by this synchronistic relationship between the Moon and Mercury. Mercury’s journey in Cancer over the next two months is here to bring us into deep introspection and expand our emotional intelligence, through the carrying through of the May 31st Sagittarius Full Moon’s push to honor truth, no matter how difficult it may be.
As the Moon makes its way through the signs, we will be shown where in our lives our truth and the truth needs to be honored. When Mercury enters Pre-Retrograde Shadow on June 12th, we will begin reflecting on our part in all this. With Gemini being the sign of the student, the New Moon on the 14th marks the beginning of a six week period which thrusts us into intense, emotional, personal transformation. By the time the Full Moon in Capricorn rolls in at the end of June, we will be knee deep in taking accountability and responsibility for the changes we must take.
Juno, the asteroid of commitment, stations Retrograde on June 5th, doubling down on the re-evaluation of somatic processing, thought patterns, emotional communication, familial past wounds, and what we consider nostalgic brought up by the Mercury-Moon transits. Juno will stay in Aquarius through August 11th, when it dips into Capricorn. This is where it will finish its retrograde cycle, in mid-September. Juno thus becomes another planetary body which shows us how these Mercury retrograde themes impact our livelihood and community.
Furthermore, on June 13th, the day before the Gemini New Moon, Venus ingresses into Leo.
In Cancer, Venus craves and creates love that feels like home, expressing affection through unconditional nurturing. In Leo, Venus craves and creates passionate love, expressing affection through creativity, warm generosity, and bold acknowledgement. Venus will be in Leo through July 9th.
While the Cancerian crab can still strike with its claws, it can retreat into its shell and scurry away with ease. The Leo lion however, carries so much strength that in times of trouble, it doesn’t feel the need to retreat and roars loudly. This symbolism is important to keep in mind to understand the shadow and light aspects of Venus in Leo.
I mention this polarity because of how Venus is triggered for almost half of its time in Leo by an opposition to Pluto in Aquarius. The core tension of the Leo-Aquarius axis is personal integrity vs collective integrity. Venus in Leo asks us if we are being true to our heart, passions, and spirit. Pluto in Aquarius asks us if this is beneficial for the collective and its evolution. This could dig up control issues, unfair power dynamics, and hidden motives within your relationships. You may feel stifled creatively or individually, or you may come out of such a situation.
Of course, there is balance and synthesis to be found within the two questions these planets pose. A combination which creates the ultimate fusion of leadership and community through the understanding that individuality is not stifled but empowers and is empowered by communal livelihood. Your learned wisdom, unique voice and perspective are needed in your community as we all navigate the ongoing polycrisis and systemic collapse.
This synthesis is cosmically reflected by the Grand Cradle that Venus-Pluto opposition becomes the spine of. Venus also trines Neptune in Aries and sextiles Uranus in Gemini as soon as it enters Leo, on top of the aforementioned opposition. Thus, the integration of Aquarian equality and Leo passion is made possible through the visionary pioneering of Neptune in Aries and innovative shock of Uranus in Gemini. Lasting through June 22nd, this Grand Cradle is the signature of the Lunar Cycle initiated on June 14th. The transformative energy of this potent aspect pattern of course plays into Mercury’s entire Retrograde in Cancer, including both the Pre and Post Shadow periods, further pushing us into personal as well as somatic re-evaluation and evolution.
Given that this month’s New Moon is in Gemini…
The Moon ingresses into the mutable air sign the same day Venus enters Leo (June 13th). Thus, the New Moon is a part of this powerful Grand Cradle for a brief moment. This means that the super-charged energy of this Cradle is a key driver of the transformation initiated by the New Moon and Mercury’s Pre-Retrograde Shadow period.
Then June 14th, during the peak of the Lunar darkness, the New Moon conjoins the Sun in Gemini and opposes Lilith. This is the ‘aha’ moment. The May 31st Sagittarius Full Moon told us we need to honor our truth and the truth- the June 14th New Moon shows us why. Thus, this month’s New Moon arrives with the purpose of pushing us to accept the growth journey with openness and curiosity, rather than resistance or avoidance.
June’s New Moon phase ends with Chiron ingressing into Taurus. As the wounded healer, in this Venusian ruled fixed earth sign Chiron will expose our deepest wounds surrounding finances, material security, toxic productivity, scarcity mindsets, body image, and physical comfort. Chiron will be in Taurus through September 17th, when it regresses back into Aries while Retrograde.
On June 20th, Lilith in Sagittarius opposes the Ceres-Uranus conjunction in Gemini and creates another Grand Cradle…
Connecting back to the Venus-Pluto Cradle through a trine to Venus. This creates a Grand Kite, with Pluto as the apex. The opposition between Lilith and the Ceres-Uranus conjunction also creates T-Squares with North and South Nodes. All this culminates into a Grand Sextile two days later, when the Moon is in Libra.
A Grand Sextile is formed when two Grand Trines combine through twelve trines, three oppositions and six sextiles. This creates three Mystic Rectangles, two Grand Cradles, and six Minor Triangles, all intermingling with each other. This forms a cosmic six-pointed star, or hexagram, bringing intense activations by alchemizing the tension of three oppositions into opportunity through creativity, balance, and flow. Grand Sextiles are extremely rare, and initiate remarkable shifts.
Ceres, still loosely conjunct Uranus, will still be trining Pluto and sextiling Neptune. Ceres will also be trining the Moon that day. As part of the six year long outer planetary Minor Triangle, Pluto of course is still sextile Neptune. Pluto is also trining the Moon that day, and is sextile Lilith as part of the aforementioned Lilith Cradle. In that the same Cradle, Lilith is trine Neptune and opposite the Ceres-Uranus conjunction. Lilith is also sextile the Moon that day. Lastly, the Moon is sextile Venus as well as opposite Neptune, closing out the Grand Sextile.
This Grand Sextile occurs only on the 22nd of June, combining a Moon-Ceres-Pluto Grand Air Trine with a Lilith-Venus-Neptune Fire trine. The Grand Air Trine provides mental, somatic, and foundational stability through cognitive strength. The Grand Fire Trine is the engine, fueling the transformation initiated by the Gemini New Moon through raw, creative, visionary passion.
You know that moment in Disney’s [animated] Mulan, in the song “I’ll Make a Man out of You”, when after all the fails and being told to leave, she sizes up and climbing that giant pole? In the film, she even packs up all her stuff before the sudden determination to accomplish that climb. That’s what this Grand Sextile is. This is when all the cosmic tension pushing us into personal transformation over the first three weeks of June shifts from a requirement to a desire through the art of detachment. This detachment may be forced through a life event, or it may be an internal shift that occurs from the shadow work that comes with these intense astrological transits.
This is what rings in the Sun’s ingress into Cancer, kicking off with the Summer Solstice on June 21st. Bringing a prioritization of the home, family, emotional nurturing and somatic healing, this year’s Cancer season starts off with this rare Grand Sextile, pushing us into whatever healing we’ve been avoiding or not taking care of.
By the 23rd, Jupiter is at the very end of Cancer.
Close enough to the edge to oppose Pluto. Over the proceeding four days, Jupiter takes over for Venus in the Grand Cradle formed by the Venus-Pluto opposition. The Jupiter-Pluto opposition becomes the spine of the Cradle, with Jupiter now trining Neptune and sextiling Uranus. With Venus passing the torch to Jupiter, the stakes of this month’s transformation escalate- this is not just a matter of heart, but furthermore a matter of personal expansion and thus, livelihood. This Grand Cradle is one of two cosmic signatures initiating June’s Capricorn Full Moon. Lasting through August 15th, this Jupiter-Pluto Grand Cradle is the birthmark of Summer 2026, signaling the building of an entirely new, more authentically aligned foundations.
The other cosmic signature that initiates June’s Capricorn Full Moon…
Is Mars ingressing into Gemini, leaving its sign of detriment (Taurus) for swift mutable air. This marks a shift from slow, deliberate action to a restless drive pushing for rapid action, with an emphasis on sharp communication, innovative ideas, networking, and overall spontaneity. Immediately after ingressing into Gemini, Mars makes a high voltage conjunction to Uranus. This is bound to bring unpredictable, electrifying energy which spurs sudden breakthroughs and disruptions in knowledge, communication, technology, and war. Mars will be conjunct Uranus through July 10th, peaking on July 4th; Mars will be in Gemini through August 11th.
This all culminates into the Saturnian ruled Capricorn Full Moon on June 29th.
The Gemini New Moon showed us why we need to honor our truth and the truth- the Capricorn Full Moon is here to show us how. Its when the work truly begins.
As I said earlier, Mercury stations Retrograde the same day as this Full Moon. From an outside perspective, the introspective pause of this transit may feel at odds with the high octane fuel of the Mars-Uranus conjunction. However, upon reflection and analysis, this is entirely not the case. The fuel of the Mars-Uranus conjunction becomes the drive we need to tackle the internal reviews of Mercury Retrograde. The Full Moon in Capricorn thus becomes the bridge between them, illuminating how we can transform outdated internal patterns and structures into wisdom through Saturnian discipline and accountability. This is the resolution to the tension of the T-Square formed by the Capricorn Full Moon’s opposition to the Sun in Cancer and both planets squaring Neptune and Saturn in Aries, once again highlighting the importance of openness to change rather than resistance.
The day after that Full Moon, Jupiter ingresses into Leo.
Jupiter symbolizes expansion, philosophy, higher learning, and luck. In Cancer, Jupiter emphasizes emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a focus on nurturing home and family. By contrast, in Leo Jupiter shifts the energy outward, igniting creativity, confidence, boldness, risk taking, and the pursuit of joy. Jupiter will be in Leo through July 26, 2027.
As I mentioned earlier, Jupiter will be opposing Pluto, trining Neptune and sextiling Uranus through August 15th as part of a Grand Cradle. This Cradle carries the shifts initiated in June throughout the rest of the Summer. Jupiter’s ingress into Leo and partaking in this Cradle ends June with the reminder that the transformations of this entire month are not aimless- they are for the purposes of reclaiming our personal sovereignty. This is truly a radical act, given how desperate the pigs at the top are to prevent you from doing so. It is also an inevitable progression due to the radicalizing awakenings due to the modern struggles of late stage capitalism, and an integral part of the collective rebirth we are all experiencing. And that is what this entire month not only leads up to, but is about.
Collective Predictions and Expectations
When we pull back the lens from our individual shadow work, June’s astrology functions as a brutal, high-voltage diagnostic test for a fracturing world. The month opens under the suffocating weight of Mercury’s ingress into Cancer, immediately triggering a tense T-square with Lilith and Neptune that violently exposes the fragility of our survival infrastructure. We are not experiencing these transits in a vacuum; they are actively animating the polycrisis. As the Iran War throttles the Strait of Hormuz and the climate crisis chokes global agricultural yields, the collective somatic body is experiencing a massive shockwave of resource scarcity. There is no intellectualizing or policy-bypassing this Cancerian distress—this transit strips away the illusion of late-stage capitalist stability and forces a painful, hyper-localized confrontation with our basic physical vulnerability.
By mid-month, the atmospheric pressure turns hostile. As Venus roars into Leo on June 13th and immediately slams into a face-to-face opposition with Pluto in Aquarius, the overarching tension of personal sovereignty versus collective compliance becomes a literal battleground. This is the exact astrological landscape where the rise of right-wing extremism—and the tightening fist of the Trump regime—reaches a point of severe, aggressive enforcement. The state is attempting to enforce absolute subjugation through the weaponization of the law, accelerating the legal trans genocide, deploying ICE, and prosecuting anti-fascist dissent. This tension is redirected through Neptune and Uranus, however this redirection is the massive collective rebirth transformation we are all experiencing. Thus, the only way out of this hostility is through the necessary changes we must make as capitalism crumbles.
Simultaneously, Chiron’s ingress into Taurus exposes the profound, systemic wound of economic survival, leaving marginalized populations to bear the heaviest brunt of a rigged economic order that uses the terror of scarcity as a tool of psychological control.
Yet, amidst all the chaos, the rare Grand Sextile on June 22nd amidst the start of Cancer season offers an indispensable moment of tactical alignment. Do not mistake this cosmic geometry for a sudden, magical ceasefire or an abrupt halting of state violence. Instead, it provides a highly sophisticated, temporary containment vessel for the immense global friction. On the world stage, the Air and Fire Trines within this six-pointed star give global actors the cold strategic vision required to rapidly re-map geostrategic allegiances as the ongoing war continues to destabilize traditional networks. But for the resistance, this is a vital window of creative fortification—a blueprint that will allow anti-fascist networks and mutual aid organizations to build resilient, underground infrastructure with the exact cognitive endurance needed to look directly into the jaws of the polycrisis.
This strategic containment of crises shatters in the final week of June, unleashing a highly volatile acceleration that demands absolute societal and structural reckoning. When Mars sprints into Gemini on June 28th and instantly ignites Uranus, expect an explosion of unpredictable, unadulterated lightning—manifesting as sudden cyber-warfare anomalies, sabotage in energy corridors, or explosive aggression (in war, on the streets, or both).
This electrical surge slams directly into the unyielding wall of the Saturnian-ruled Capricorn Full Moon and a Mercury Retrograde station the very next day. This acts as a severe, global reality check that completely freezes any erratic forward momentum. For the authoritarian apparatus, it exposes the structural rot and economic limits of their overextended tyranny; for the global movement, it forces a disciplined, sober assessment of our long-term survival strategy.
We transition out of this reality check on June 30th as Jupiter makes its ingress into Leo, anchoring the massive Jupiter-Pluto Grand Cradle through mid-August. The polycrisis obviously will not magically vanish as the month closes—the ecological triage will continue, the global grid will remain fractured, and the threat of fascism will still loom. However, this transit marks a profound macro-shift in the collective spirit, signaling a definitive refusal to be paralyzed by the terror of a collapsing empire. Jupiter’s arrival in Leo infuses the global consciousness with a fierce, unapologetic audacity, reminding us that cultivating joy, building independent somatic security, and fiercely protecting the marginalized is the ultimate form of political mutiny. We emerge from the fire of June fully aware of the dystopian landscape before us, but radically rooted in our sovereign power to out-live, out-strategize, and ultimately dismantle the machinery of late-stage capitalism.
Overall
This Month is a pivotal transition, both personally and collectively. Expect the first two weeks of June to feel less like a gentle celestial navigation and more like a forced somatic excavation. As Mercury ingresses into Cancer on June 1st, the universe effectively cuts the power to our analytical bypass, dismantling any attempts to out-think or logic our way out of deep-seated emotional realities. With the lingering aftermath of the Sagittarius Full Moon anchoring a potent T-square and Grand Kite alongside Lilith and Neptune, old relationship dynamics, nostalgic loops, or unhealed ancestral wounds will drop straight into your physical body. When Juno stations retrograde on June 5th, this theme doubles down; you can expect an intense re-evaluation of your emotional communication styles, forcing you out of defensive overthinking and into a raw, unfiltered confrontation with how you process intimacy, safety, and true comfort.
By mid-month, the atmospheric tension shifts from internal vulnerability to externalized friction as Venus roars into Leo on June 13th and immediately locks into a high-stakes opposition with Pluto in Aquarius, right as Chiron ingresses into Taurus. Expect to find yourself directly in the crosshairs of the Leo-Aquarius axis—a cosmic battlefield of personal integrity versus collective compliance. This transit is bound to dredge up deep-seated control issues, unfair power dynamics, and hidden motives within your relationships and community structures. Concurrently, Chiron in Taurus will aggressively target your somatic wounds surrounding money, toxic productivity, and late-stage capitalist scarcity mindsets. You can expect to feel the acute pressure of trying to preserve your creative spirit while navigating the material anxieties of systemic collapse, forcing you to choose between retreating into a protective Cancerian shell or standing your ground with the fierce, protective boundaries of the Lion.
This mounting pressure cooker reaches its structural turning point on June 22nd with the arrival of the rare Grand Sextile and the Sun’s ingress into Cancer. Do not expect this cosmic six-pointed star to offer a magical, weightless escape hatch; instead, expect it to render the steep climb of your personal transformation entirely doable. By intertwining a Moon-Ceres-Pluto Grand Air Trine with a Lilith-Venus-Neptune Grand Fire Trine, the sky organizes the chaotic friction of the early month into a workable blueprint. This is your calculated Mulan moment. Through the deliberate art of detachment—whether catalyzed by a sudden life event or earned through rigorous shadow work—the requirement to change evolves into a deep, internal desire. Expect a sudden crystallization of cognitive strength and visionary passion that allows you to grab hold of the cosmic architecture and pull yourself upward out of the swamp of emotional survival.
The final week of June unleashes a volatile mix of high-voltage acceleration and absolute structural reckoning. When Mars ingresses into mutable Gemini on June 28th and immediately triggers a high-octane conjunction with Uranus, expect an explosion of unpredictable, erratic energy that brings rapid breakthroughs, sharp communication shifts, and sudden disruptions to our collective and personal knowledge systems. This brings us to the Saturnian-ruled Capricorn Full Moon and Mercury’s retrograde station on June 29th. This Full Moon will act as an unyielding mirror, testing the structural integrity of your life and forcing absolute accountability for how you transform outdated behavioral patterns into enduring wisdom through Saturnian discipline.
Ultimately, we exit this planetary crucible on June 30th as Jupiter makes its definitive ingress into Leo, anchoring the powerful Jupiter-Pluto Grand Cradle through mid-August. Expect the overarching tone of your life to undergo a massive macro-shift from exhausting survival to radical, outward-facing expansion. After a month spent doing heavy somatic archaeology and facing down systemic power imbalances, this transit arrives to remind you that your learned wisdom and unique perspective are non-negotiable tools for collective rebirth. Reclaiming your personal sovereignty, your joy, and your creative audacity in a world dominated by the desperate mechanisms of late-stage capitalism is not a luxury; it is a radical act of political and spiritual mutiny. Expect to walk away from June no longer paralyzed by struggle, but letting that struggle fuel your transformation into the firmly established as the sovereign architect of your destiny.

First Week’s Reflections
The first week of June drops us into a brutal somatic training ground where our private emotional walls slam directly into the gears of a fracturing macro-grid. As a series of intense T-squares and high-voltage Lilith oppositions magnetize the chaotic friction of the polycrisis, there is nowhere left to hide behind intellectual bypass or comfortable delusion. We are being systematically re-architected from the nervous system up, stripping away compliance to force us into honoring our authenticity through showing us all that needs to change to do so.
June 2
Shadow Work Prompt of the Day: What physical boundaries or emotional walls am I constructing under the guise of protection, and how is this calcified armor actually trapping me inside the very scarcity mindset I am trying to fight?
Mantra of the Day: My sensitivity and softness is a radical power, not a liability.
June 3
Shadow Work Prompt of the Day: What uncomfortable, high-voltage truth about my current lifestyle, relationships, or coping mechanisms am I trying to drown out with distractions, intellectualizing, or spiritual bypassing?
Mantra of the Day: I clear away the fog of comfortable delusions and welcome the electric shock of my own liberation.
June 4
Shadow Work Prompt of the Day: When I look at the overwhelming chaos of the polycrisis and my personal life from a place of cool, objective detachment, what structural illusion loses its power over me, and where can I more effectively direct my energy?
Mantra of the Day: I clearly see, map, and claim my sovereign path forward.
June 5
Shadow Work Prompt of the Day: In what ways am I continuing to honor unspoken relational, systemic, or societal contracts that explicitly require me to shrink, over-function, or compromise my core integrity just to maintain a false sense of survival?
Mantra of the Day: I tear up every energetic contract that trades my sovereignty for systemic compliance.
June 6
Shadow Work Prompt of the Day: What deeply held grief or rage am I still trying to suppress, and what happens if I let that dam break so my body can finally process it?
Mantra of the Day: I speak my truth and let my somatic waters wash away the ashes of who I used to be.
Somatic Practice of the Month: Neurogenic Tremor & Bone Anchoring
The Mandible Release (De-Armoring)
Sit or stand comfortably.
Drop your jaw open slightly, leaving space between your teeth.
Place the heels of your hands right below your cheekbones and press firmly, wiping downward toward your jawline.
Exhale through an open mouth with a low, audible sigh ("Haaaaa").
The Neurogenic Shake (Discharging High Voltage)
Sit upright or stand with your feet wider than hip-distance, knees slightly bent.
Begin to shake your hands and wrists vigorously, as if throwing water off your fingertips.
Let that shaking rhythm travel up your forearms, into your shoulders, and down through your torso and hips.
Let your heels bounce gently against the floor.
The Bone Anchor (Saturnian Grounding)
Stop shaking abruptly.
Slam both feet flat onto the earth.
Bring your awareness entirely to the heavy, dense bones of your skeleton—your shins, your femurs, your pelvis, your spine. Imagine your bones are made of lead or dense iron stone, sinking deeply into the floor.
The Sovereign Containment
Cross your arms tightly across your chest, placing your left hand on your right shoulder and your right hand on your left shoulder, giving yourself a firm, steady squeeze.
Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth.
By physically compressing your own skin and feeling your skeletal structure resist that pressure, you send a clear message to your subconscious: I am contained. I am intact. My power lies here. Feel into this self love, allow yourself to feel held, safe, and grounded in this space. Take note of what came up throughout the practice, as well as the grounding felt at the end.
Sending you love and light as we embark on a transformative month,
Astraluna <3
