I have always been deeply passionate about the power of sound and its ability to shape entire worlds. Whether it is through music, the immersive experience of being in a theater, getting lost in a film, or simply putting on my headphones to escape the outside world, I have always been captivated by the realms that vibration and expression create. Alongside this love for sound, I hold a profound reverence for the beauty of life itself and an endless curiosity about how the universe works. I have always been a ponderer, a history nerd and a science nerd at heart, fascinated by astronomy long before I ever found astrology, and inspired by the vastness, intelligence, and mystery woven into existence.

This relationship with sound became a way for me to find harmony within the chaos of my early life. Through music, art, and reflection, I was not only expressing myself, but also trying to understand the world and my place within it. These curiosities were never just interests, they were pathways toward balance, meaning, and coherence in both a deeply personal and collective landscape. It still amazes me to witness the depth and complexity of each person’s lived experience as they pass by, and to feel how profoundly interconnected we all are through what we feel, endure, and transform.

It was during my education at the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma that I fully realized the transformative power of audio production and its ability to shape emotion, memory, and meaning. This opened an entirely new realm of creative possibility, igniting my passion in ways I had never experienced before. I am immensely grateful for the experiences and knowledge I gained while pursuing my degrees, an AS in Music Performance and a BA in Music Production.

Beginning in my collegiate years and continuing beyond, I had the privilege of collaborating with the band Stone Tide in many capacities, serving as lead singer, songwriter, producer for our first EP, and stepping into managerial responsibilities as well. In addition, I ventured into post-production, strengthening and showcasing my skills as both a sound designer and music supervisor for the short film Running Behind, and later as a sound editor for Ike Boys and Chicken House. Each project was a fulfilling endeavor, blending my technical expertise with my devotion to meaning, emotion, and expression. These experiences, combined with my education, allowed me to cultivate a well-rounded understanding of the creative and music industries, and deepened my appreciation for sound as a sacred tool of connection and transformation.

After that phase of my artistic career, I entered a period of profound personal reckoning. In 2019, in the midst of an abusive relationship and ongoing autoimmune flare-ups, my spiritual journey was ignited. As I began to explore deeper layers of consciousness and self-healing, my mind grew clearer, my body began to soften out of survival mode, and I learned how to stand in my power. Nine months into this journey, I made the decision to leave my then husband as an act of self-preservation, choosing my health, my nervous system, and my long-term well-being. What once had been a trauma-bonded dynamic dissolved as I reclaimed my voice, my worth, and my autonomy.

From there, I began practicing alchemy, shadow work, inner child healing, spellcraft, tarot, oracle, and energy work for myself and for those close to me. Over time, my autoimmune symptoms eased, my boundaries strengthened, and my sense of purpose crystallized.

Three years into my spiritual journey, I felt deeply called to share the wisdom I had gathered, my story, and my spiritual gifts in order to hold space for others and support them in their own remembrance and empowerment. And now, four years later, seven years into this ongoing devotion to healing and self-discovery, that call has only deepened, becoming a living commitment to growth, service, and authentic embodiment.

As a polymath, I move fluidly between art, spirituality, intellect, and embodiment. I have a natural gift for guiding others through alchemical healing, creative realignment, and reconnection with their highest truth. I am currently writing extensively, with multiple projects unfolding that weave together sound, language, mysticism, philosophy, decolonization, and cosmic inquiry. As I explore the interconnectedness of all aspects of life itself, spirituality, creative expression, and authenticity remains my guiding force, leading me toward a path rooted in devotion, liberation, and service.

My work is devoted to creating spaces of transformation, whether through music, literary work, divination, spiritual counseling, or energetic healing. Like countless others, I am here to help the world through its current dark night of the soul, offering remembrance where there has been forgetting, compassion where there has been harm, and truth where there has been distortion.
