April 6-12 '26 Astro Guide

We’re standing in the debris of a status quo that finally stopped pretending it was stable. Last week’s lunation didn’t just rattle the cage; it broke the lock, leaving us to navigate a landscape where the old rules of safety no longer apply.

This week, April 6–12, is about moving past the initial adrenaline of the break and into the steady work of recalibrating our lives for a world that doesn’t look like the one we were promised. The stars are aligning to force us to stop looking for a way back and start finding our footing in the here and now.

Retrospective: Pink Moon in Libra vs the Aries Fire

Well, we knew this April 1st Full Moon in Libra was going to push for change (big time), and the cosmos did not pull any punches. Last week, I talked about the intense T-square boxing match we were walking into: the Sun in Aries (still dragging the heavy, authoritarian reality-checks of the Saturn-Neptune conjunction) in one corner, the balancing, diplomatic Libra Moon in the other, and Jupiter in Cancer acting as the ring where all that tension was going to land. Jupiter in Cancer is our literal and emotional home, our personal security, and our feeling of safety. Looking back at the events of this week, that is exactly where the collective took the hit.

We saw this T-square manifest literally on April 1st with the incredibly rare, near-simultaneous national addresses from Trump, Starmer, and Albanese. The Aries Sun/Saturn-Neptune energy was loud and clear in the authoritarian, “America First” individualism and the stark warnings of economic shocks, fuel shortages, and months of hardship ahead. Albanese telling Australians to prepare emotionally, Starmer admitting the UK government can't handle it alone, and Trump pressuring allies while throwing out wind-down timelines—this was the patriarchal structure shaking. All of this tension funneled straight into that Jupiter in Cancer apex: a direct threat to our livelihoods, our somatic well-being, and our home security as the realities of the energy crisis and the Strait of Hormuz chokehold set in.

Yet, in the exact same window, the Full Moon in Libra showed up desperately trying to restore relational balance and cut through the machinery of war. Iranian President Pezeshkian’s open letter to the American people, released just hours before the national addresses, was textbook Libra energy. Bypassing governments to speak human-to-human, questioning the manufactured threats, and pointing out how this conflict bankrupts the security of both peoples. It was a massive spotlight on the unjust imbalances that are no longer globally sustainable, just as we discussed.

Meanwhile, the Saturn and Neptune conjunction in Aries continues to force our deepest nightmares and illusions into the harsh light of reality, proving just how breakable our governmental structures are right now. We saw this in the DOJ chaos this week with Trump firing Pam Bondi, keeping the dark shadow of the Epstein files front and center in the public consciousness. We also saw it land right on the exact day of the Full Moon with the amended lawsuit against OpenAI CEO Sam Altman for childhood sexual abuse. And while yes, Bondi's replacement will still be a Trumper, and this lawsuit alone doesn't take down the massive company Altman runs, these developments still showcase how the illusions of tech saviors, the harms of white narcissism, and the absolute lack of elite accountability are cracking open for everyone to see. The ontological crisis is in full swing.

But amidst all this heavy, disruptive energy, the Minor Triangle I mentioned also kicked into gear, and it is going to carry us all the way through August 2032. With Pluto in Aquarius trining Uranus in Taurus, and both sextiling that Saturn-Neptune conjunction, the long-term, high-energy discussion about humanitarian restructuring has officially begun. We saw this in the online discourse over the last few days. People aren't just panicking; they are actively calling out the widening wealth gaps, recognizing the geopolitical resets, and acknowledging the uncoupling from the so-called United States.

With Trump’s deadline today, April 5th, threatening to strike Iran's critical infrastructure, and the UN scrambling to figure out defensive multilateral actions, the tension is undeniably peaking. But this is exactly what I meant when I said the revolution will not be televised. It is happening in the collective acknowledgment—both internally and externally—that the current systems are globally unsustainable. We are feeling the discomfort of this change in our bodies and our bank accounts.

As the Moon continues to wane her way toward the upcoming Aries New Moon over the next couple of weeks, this truth is only going to be fortified. The Imperial boomerang has been thrown, and the era we are entering is going to demand hard, hard work. Take care of your nervous systems, lean into your communities, and remember that we all have a role to play in this restructuring. It starts right here.

Daily Guide

We enter this week in the sober afterglow of collective points of no return. The noise of last week’s fractures is settling into a heavy, undeniable clarity: the old ways of seeking safety and the myths of elite accountability are no longer holding. This is a week of deep integration, where we trade the comfort of our former illusions for the grit required to build something more sustainable. The shift is quiet but permanent, moving us away from isolated individualism and toward the long-term work of a shared reality.

Monday, April 6th

Venus in Taurus sextile NN in Pisces | Moon in Sagittarius sextile Pluto in Aquarius | Moon in Sagittarius trine Neptune in Aries | Moon in Sagittarius trine Saturn in Aries | Moon in Sagittarius square NN in Pisces | Moon conjunct Lilith in Sagittarius | Venus conjunct Ceres in Taurus

We start out the day with Venus in Taurus sextiling the collective North Node in Pisces, signaling an alignment between our desires, values, and our increasingly re-imagined life goals and purposes. The striving for this alignment will shape not just today, but this entire week.

As the Moon moves through Sagittarius over the next couple days, the truths acknowledged during last week’s Full Moon will be fortified by the expansive, philosophical, intellectual fires of the sign of the Archer. Fires which will be further heated up by the call for societal restructuring from Saturn and Neptune in Aries. Aquarian, Plutonian forceful winds of transformation provide oxygen for these fires in our bellies as we yearn for a more balanced society and for justice. As these fires intensify, we are reminded of how somatically overwhelming, emotionally triggering, and deeply uncomfortable these changes are.

Today marks the 48 hour deadline set by Trump to re-open the Strait of Hormuz. Trump is scheduled to hold a press conference today. We can absolutely expect him to focus on the war on Iran and continue doubling down on his authoritarian agenda with confidence, impatience, and a fiery temper. Furthermore, we can expect this fire to be met with more fire not just today, but throughout the week Mars spends its last days in Pisces and ingresses into Aries. While I expect Iran to not just match but outwit and outdo Trump’s fire, I expect the fire of rest of the global fallout to be passive aggressive and more close chested this day.

Generally speaking, you may feel propelled to or strongly called to acknowledge and take rectifying actions upon unsustainable imbalances in your life. This will probably be triggering for some, given all the fire energy.

The Venus-Ceres conjunction offers medicine by reminding us to ground ourselves in the present moment, as well as our values, through embodied, slow, sensual presence. Remember you don’t have to do it all, the idea itself is entirely unrealistic- take baby steps!

Tuesday, April 7th

Moon in Sagittarius trine Sun in Aries | Juno in Aquarius sextile Neptune in Aries | Juno in Aquarius sextile Saturn in Aries | Moon in Sagittarius square Mercury in Pisces | Moon in Sagittarius trine Chiron in Aries

The fiery, forceful push to align our desires, values, and goals continues as the Moon in Sagittarius trines the Sun in Aries. Sagittarius’s restless exploration combined with Aries’ action-oriented drive transforms the chaos of yesterday’s fires into an alchemical realignment.

This re-balancing initiation of course comes with its own tests challenges. The blunt, independent, short-tempered, mutable fire of the Moon in Sagittarius squares the deep, sensitive, overthinking, mutable waters of Mercury in Pisces. While both are traditionally ruled by Jupiter, the elemental differences of fire and water cause Pisces to expand inward vs Sagittarius to expand outward. Additionally, the individualistic survival wounds of Chiron in Aries will be fueling the Moon’s Sagittarian fire.

Today, it is highly likely that the bottle which you have been filling up without emptying out of mental comfort and emotional convenience will be boiled and popped open. This could absolutely be very emotionally intense given the steam of this fire and water square up. How this looks personally will of course change per person. Globally speaking, I expect the passive aggression and hidden tension of yesterday to begin to erupt, with more discourse and protests against the Trump regime, as well as further global uncoupling with the U.S. itself.

The alchemy comes in with the humanitarian air of Juno in Aquarius meeting up with the bold, trailblazing visions of Neptune in Aries. Together, they breathe life into this fire through innovative, unconventional, collectivist harmonization. Be open to change today, in all ways.

Wednesday, April 8th

Moon in Sagittarius square Mars in Pisces | Moon ingresses into Capricorn | Mars in Pisces sextiles Uranus in Taurus | Moon in Capricorn squares Neptune in Aries | Moon in Capricorn squares Saturn in Aries | Moon in Capricorn sextile NN in Pisces

The emotional volatility of yesterday is further intensified as Mama Moon makes her last transit in Sagittarius- a square up with Mars, the planet of war, at the end of the vulnerable waters of Pisces. This battle is heightened even more by Mars working together with the shocking and disruptive Uranus in Taurus. With all this exploding the reactionary energy which has been building throughout the week, we can definitely expect the battle between inevitable change and resistance to that, both due to the instability brought on by capitalistic contradictions, to be ferociously ignited personally and collectively.

At the same time, the Moon exits Sagittarius and ingresses into the ambitious sign of Capricorn. The Libra Full Moon truth of imbalance, fortified by the philosophical fires of the Archor, will now be tested over the next couple days so that it can ground into reality.

This test starts out with the Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Aries reminding the Moon in Capricorn that the soil in which these seeds are fighting to be planted is in no way fertile- there is deep tilling, deep restructuring, needed. We are likely to be reminded of the uncomfortableness of the changes we can no longer avoid making. Given the Martian-Uranian energy of today, this might lead to something sudden that affects personal and/ collective finances or security. Know that this is for realignment.

Speaking of realignment, the medicine for today’s chaos is the sextile between the Moon in Capricorn and North Node in Pisces. Remember the reminder about baby steps from Monday? Change takes time. Stay grounded in the present and show yourself grace as well as gratitude for moving through these shifts.

Thursday, April 9th

Mercury exits Post-Shadow Retrograde | Moon in Capricorn trines Venus in Taurus | Mars ingresses into Aries | Moon in Capricorn opposes Jupiter in Cancer | Moon in Capricorn squares Sun in Aries

The volatility of this week is amplified as Mars returns home to Aries, trading the passive fog of Pisces for a direct, high-octane spark of cardinal fire. Because Mars is the planet of war, that fuel is going to manifest with some serious heat. Expect the imperial boomerang to hit harder than ever as geopolitical tensions intensify and "boots on the ground" rhetoric turns into reality, putting a much-needed fire under the collective’s ass. This transit is an aggressive, initiatory push to break our addiction to individualism and capitalism in favor of building support systems that actually hold weight. It’s a heavy activation of the Aries cluster that marks a point of no return— for the deep dive on exactly which planets Mars is about to ignite this month, check out my April monthly astro guide.

This heat will start to hit the home front as the Moon in Capricorn opposes Jupiter in Cancer, signaling tension between personal responsibilities and an overwhelming need for comfort. With the Moon also squaring the Sun in Aries, this will likely bring up individualistic tendencies and trigger personal identity as well as survival wounds. There is, however, a trine between Venus in Taurus and the Capricorn Moon- once again, a striving for alignment between our desires, values, and goals.

The collective rebirth is full steam ahead. There is no going back. This is what this entire week is about. We can absolutely expect the Iran war to rapidly escalate, which will of course escalate all the other crises of today’s polycrisis- the energy crisis, the callouts of and uncoupling with the U.S. and the 1%, the climate crisis, etc.

Don’t ignore the fire in your belly, don’t suppress it. Allow it to fuel you and motivate you to take action.

Friday, April 10th

Moon in Capricorn sextile Mercury in Pisces | Moon in Capricorn square Chiron in Aries | Moon ingresses into Aquarius | Moon in Aquarius sextile Mars in Aries | Moon in Aquarius sextile Neptune in Aries

Mother Moon transitions out of the soil tilling and into the planning of the entire garden itself as she moves out of the personally driven sign of Capricorn into the collectively conscious sign of Aquarius. With the Moon sextiling Mercury, Mars, and Neptune a brief moment of calm in the eye of the storm as our emotional desires align with our logic, communication, dreams, and actions. There is a definite sense of preparedness for what is to come, for what we must do, individually and collectively.

The theme of the uncomfortableness of these necessary actions and changes is still very much present though as the Moon squares Chiron, the wounded healer, in Aries, which in its shadow can be quite egoic and individually oriented.

The battle between individualism and collectivism, and all their forms, is at the front and center of our lives. That preparedness I mentioned will thus look different depending on which side of this battle we are on. The pigs will continue to greedily exploit the masses as well as doing all they can to eliminate dissent. The masses, the people, will continue paying for it until we collectively organize and fight back. And today, all of this lands somatically.

That somatic understanding can feel particularly heavy. Take time to breath today, as well as take small breaks. During these breaks, try spending time with your pet, listening to some music, watching a short funny video, or just focusing on something that reminds you that there is still joy and beauty to be found in life despite the struggles we are all facing.

Saturday, April 11th

Moon conjunct Pluto in Aquarius | Moon in Aquarius sextile Saturn in Aries | Mercury conjunct Pallas in Pisces

This is the first day this week which has only soft aspects and no hard aspects. However, these soft aspects are all with planetary bodies that are centered around truth, strategy, and structure. Pluto in Aquarius is all about humanitarian transformation, Saturn (conjunct Neptune) in Aries is all about societal restructuring, and Pallas in Pisces is quite literally a collective cry for rectifying the major injustices of today.

The preparedness for uncomfortable yet necessary action and change of yesterday brings the deep feelings of fated group transformation to the surface. Hidden power structures, manipulation, or suppressed collective rage/fear are brought into the open. I expect this to bring us developments surrounding the U.S.-Israel relationship, the Epstein Files, the Trump regime's controlling authoritarianism, and capitalistic corporate greed exposés.

With every action however comes an equal and opposite reaction. Saturn in Aries directs us to take personal responsibility through disciplined, pioneering action. Pallas in Pisces offers a boost of strategic wisdom. Like I said in Thursday’s breakdown- now is the time to use all this fire as fuel for taking action towards necessary change. It is highly probable we will see pushback globally, both from the masses and their representatives, against the Trump regime. I expect there to be collective action such as protests, strikes or sit ins, as well as international uncoupling with the U.S.

Remember that cliche, you gotta risk it for the biscuit? As the contradictions intensify, the biscuit of security and stability will require escalating risk as we are forced to break away from capitalism while participating in its societal system for survival. Uncomfortability is not equal to lack of safety, and change is the only permanent thing in life. So this weekend, don’t be afraid to take risks and stand up for what’s right- know that these will pay off in the long run, whether you see instant improvement or not.

Sunday, April 12th

Moon in Aquarius square Venus in Taurus | Venus in Taurus sextile Vesta in Pisces | Moon in Aquarius sextile Sun in Aries | Moon in Aquarius sextile Chiron in Aries

The collectively oriented emotional understanding of the last couple days once again clashes with our material desires, pleasures, and comforts. The escalating risk of both continuing to uphold, as well as breaking away from, capitalism, gets real. The fortified and tested truth of collective imbalance of the week is at odds with personal somatic and financial security. We can expect this to bring developments and fallout from the energy crisis as well as the shattering of collective security overall.

The devotionally empathetic Vesta in Pisces offers gentle support, reminding us to focus our time on small, practical steps which lead to major long term change. The sextile between the Moon and the Sun as well as Chiron brings healing empowerment to this by combining the humanitarianness of Aquarius with the personal vitality of Aries into the realization that we are able to honor our personal values and goals while taking these small yet necessary steps towards change. These transits all together may bring collective action against authoritarianism and the mass exploitation of today’s society.

As we close out the week with this illumination on the responsibilities of our future, sit with the clashing sides of yourself without judgement knowing they are here to help you step into a more sustainable way of being.

Historical Context: The Outer Planetary Minor Triangle

I wanted to look deeper into this incredibly rare outer-planet Minor Triangle between Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto that we are currently experiencing, because the astrology of this moment is literally historically unprecedented. To understand just how massive this energy is, you have to look at the last time these three outer planets aligned with this exact precision, especially with Pluto in the early degrees of Aquarius. Astrological records confirm that the last time we saw an exact match of this alignment was in 306 AD. While we’ve had looser versions of this transit—like in the early 1940s, 1110 AD, and 560 AD—nothing matches the current exactness of what is happening right now. When you add the fact that the Saturn-Neptune conjunction is currently plugging directly into this triangle at 0° Aries, we are looking at a configuration that hasn't happened in millennia.

Astrologically, a Minor Triangle (or "talent triangle") channels the revolutionary, systemic-shock energy of Uranus and Pluto through the visionary, boundary-dissolving flow of Neptune. It accelerates the end of old materialist empires and forces a complete societal transformation. When we look back at the historical windows where even the looser versions of this transit hit, we see exact echoes of today's "polycrisis"—overlapping political instability, imperial fragmentation, authoritarian power grabs, and massive economic and health strains. We are witnessing the death of the old world and the chaotic birth of the new one, all happening at once.

Take the exact alignment in 306 AD. The Roman Empire was quite literally on the brink of civil war, and Diocletian’s Tetrarchy—the divided rule meant to stabilize the empire—completely collapsed. It was a time of intense power struggles, tax revolts, and military proclamations, leading to Constantine seizing power. He used military-backed authoritarianism but paired it with a massive ideological pivot by tolerating Christianity, fundamentally shifting the empire's worldview. It was the absolute restructuring of an empire via a new ideological "vision," birthed directly out of civil chaos.

When a looser version of this transit hit around 560 AD, we saw the late Justinianic Byzantine Empire pushed to the absolute brink. Justinian had built a highly centralized, authoritarian state, but by 560, the empire was economically exhausted from massive building projects and endless wars. Then, the Plague of Justinian hit, wiping out up to half the population in major cities. The resulting food shortages, tax hikes, wage inflation, and breakdown of law and order devastated the ancient Mediterranean economy. This simultaneous pandemic, fiscal exhaustion, and territorial overstretch forced the transition from classical Roman civilization into a contracted medieval state. Sound familiar?

We see it again during the loose alignment around 1110 AD, right in the thick of the High Middle Ages. This was an era of profound multipolar power struggles, religious wars with the Crusades, and dynastic assassinations. Rulers across the globe—from the Holy Roman Empire to the Almoravid sultanate in Spain to the Chola emperor in South India—were ruthlessly consolidating power, enforcing tribute, and launching punitive invasions. Yet, simultaneously, trade, scholarship, and epic poetry were flourishing in pockets. Old empires were fracturing while new networks of power emerged.

And of course, we cannot look at the historical precedent without touching on the looser alignment we saw in the early 1940s. Uranus was moving through Gemini back then—exactly as it is preparing to do again right now. We saw geopolitical tensions explode into a World War, driven by rapid, terrifying leaps in war technology that culminated in the invention of the atomic bomb. But what is really crucial to note is the societal reaction to that global trauma: a massive, regressive push into "America First" individualism and the aggressive popularization of the patriarchal, white-picket-fence "trad" family values that capitalism still tries to shove down our throats today. It was the patriarchal system desperately trying to manufacture a facade of control and normativity in the face of total global fracture.

Bringing this back to our current reality, we can map the activation of this current Minor Triangle directly to the overlapping polycrises we are living through right now. The orb first entered in late 2022, right as the global energy crisis ignited following the invasion of Ukraine and OpenAI launched ChatGPT, sparking the AI boom. As the transit faded and reformed through 2023 and 2024, the crises compounded: the devastating escalation in the Middle East, the acceleration of the BRICS nations pushing for de-dollarization, and the intense polarization and institutional weaponization within the so-called United States.

Now, in April 2026, with the Saturn-Neptune conjunction fully activating the triangle, we are in the sustained, compounding phase of this polycrisis. We are watching the Imperial Boomerang hit with staggering force. The recent "Operation Epic Fury" strikes and the massive disruption of the Strait of Hormuz have triggered what the IEA is calling the largest supply disruption in history. At the exact same time, the climate and AI crises are converging, with AI data centers consuming the electricity of entire states and creating literal "heat islands" that are warming the surrounding land by up to 16 degrees.

All of this aligns perfectly with Pluto in Aquarius tearing down unipolar, Western-dominated dominance while Uranus in Gemini supercharges technological disruption. But the apex of this triangle is Neptune, heavily influenced by Saturn at 0° Aries—the zodiac's ultimate reset point. Saturn-Neptune forces reality to meet illusion. It is dissolving the weak foundations of these rotting institutions, exposing the harms of patriarchal individualism, and shattering the delusions of tech saviors and authoritarian strongmen. This is what a watershed moment in collective reality looks like. The old earth-sign materialist empires are violently thrashing as they die, making way for air and fire-sign innovation and multipolar networks.

Spiritual Task

So, what does this actually mean for us on the ground? The spiritual task for this week—and honestly, for this entire era we are crossing into—is twofold: we must aggressively reject the urge to dissociate, and we must absolutely refuse to fall in line and uphold these crumbling systems. When the astrology is this loud, when the geopolitical reality is this heavy, and when our literal sense of home and somatic security is being threatened, the natural trauma response is to check out, isolate, or desperately cling to the "normalcy" of the very structures that are harming us. But the Saturn-Neptune conjunction is stripping away our ability to hide in those illusions. The era of "love and light" spiritual bypassing is dead, and the era of compliant assimilation is over. Our first task is to simply sit with the profound discomfort of this reality without looking away, and without rushing to prop up a rotting status quo.

This requires us to fundamentally deprogram ourselves from the myth of individualism. The ruling class, the patriarchal structures, and the architects of late-stage capitalism desperately want you to believe that if you just keep your head down, hustle hard enough, and play by their broken rules, you can survive the collapse of the empire unscathed. You can't. The Minor Triangle between Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune is demanding humanitarian restructuring, which means the spiritual assignment is recognizing that falling in line only delays the inevitable and worsens the blow. Your personal security is inextricably, permanently tied to collective security. You are not safe if your neighbor is not safe.

Because this realization is so incredibly heavy, tending to your somatic well-being is not just self-care right now; it is an act of resistance. With the Jupiter in Cancer apex getting hit so hard, our nervous systems are taking the brunt of this global fracture. You cannot build a new world, let alone fight back against authoritarianism, if your body is stuck in a permanent state of fight-or-flight. You have to find ways to ground the electricity of this week into the earth. Drink water, step away from the doom-scroll, connect with your pets, and literally, physically rest. As I mentioned in the daily breakdown, you have to show yourself grace and remember that baby steps are still forward motion.

When Mars blasts into Aries later this week, you are going to feel a surge of fire and, very likely, a surge of rage. Good. The spiritual task here is to harness that sacred rage rather than letting it impulsively burn your own life down. We don’t want reactive, uncoordinated lashing out; we want disciplined, Saturnian action. Let the anger at these unjust imbalances fuel your motivation to organize, to speak up, and to take the risks necessary to break away from the systems that are actively harming us.

Tangibly, this means pivoting your energy toward community care. The elite are showing us exactly who they are and what they are willing to sacrifice (hint: it's us) to maintain their power. The government is not coming to save us. Therefore, your spiritual practice must become deeply practical. Join a mutual aid group, meet the people who live on your street, figure out how to share resources, expand on your knowledge, pursue your skills + passions, and start building the local safety nets that actually hold weight. The revolution is found in the deeply unglamorous work of taking care of each other when the systems fail.

Finally, remember the timeline we are working with. The Minor Triangle guiding this restructuring does not conclude until August 2032. This is a marathon of systemic collapse and rebirth, not a sprint. You are going to feel tired, and you are going to feel overwhelmed. But you are also alive right now, at the exact moment the old earth-sign empires are dying and a new, multipolar, collectively-conscious era is struggling to be born.

Do not let the manufactured chaos strip you of your agency. We are being asked to do the hardest work possible: participating in society for our immediate survival while actively dismantling its foundations to secure our future. Lean into the discomfort, refuse to carry water for a dying empire, hold the line with your community, and let the fire of this week forge you into the kind of ancestor this new world needs.

Somatic Practice of the Week: The Sovereign Heart-Cradle

Aries is the sign of the "Self." This practice uses embodied presence to wake up the heart center and solidify your sense of "I Am-ness" amidst the collective shift.

1. The Activation (The Internal Spark): Rub your palms together quickly until you feel a noticeable heat. This is your "Aries fire"—your vital force.

2. The Hold (Heart Center): Place your dominant hand directly over the center of your chest, then place your other hand over it. Feel the warmth of your palms transferring through your clothes and into your skin.

3. The Sensation: Close your eyes and feel the rise and fall of your chest. Notice the boundary of your own body. Beneath your hands is the seat of your "I Am" presence.

4. The Grounding (Somatic Affirmation): Inhale deeply into the space beneath your palms. As you exhale, imagine any tension from "survival mode" or "individualistic pressure" melting away. Silently affirm: "I am my own safe harbor. I lead from a heart that is both sovereign and connected."

5. The Integration: Stay for three to five breaths, simply "beholding" yourself with the same compassion you would offer a dear friend.
