Fire and Ice: March 9-15 '26 Astrology Breakdown
As imperial boomerang continues to hit home, the smell of the old world burning is impossible to ignore. From the Level 3 market freeze to the explosive "release" of the Virgo Lunar Eclipse, we’ve finished digesting the rot of late-stage capitalism and moved into the raw, gritty labor of survival. As the Trump regime and the piggies at the top double down on their own security, the cosmos is demanding that we trade our obedience for resistance and our isolation for radical, collective care. This week, we aren't just navigating the smoke; we are tilling the soil for the upcoming Pisces New Moon, learning that while the system is failing, we were never meant to fit into it anyways—we were meant to midwife what comes after.
Retrospective: March 2-8
The beginning of last week started with another activation of the Leo-Aquarius axis, with the Leo Moon (the day before the Virgo Lunar Eclipse) opposing Mars at the very end of Aquarius, right before it ingressed Pisces. Just about 30 minutes after this transit, Russia and China vetoed the U.S. resolution to justify the February 28 Tehran strikes. This of course reflects the extreme christian nationalism of the Trump Regime versus the growing anti-U.S. world order.
Another example of shifting new world order developments is the BRICS B-Bridge launch on Wednesday to circumvent the U.S. weaponization of the dollar and SWIFT. This led to the Russia-India first multi-million dollar oil trade without the U.S. dollar this past weekend.
Also on Monday Morning, the Chicago Teachers Union initiated a massive walkout over school militarization. Truly, a compassionate care into collective action moment. We’ve seen a lot of this as the Sun, Venus, Mars, and Mercury ingressed into Pisces and has been tying up the Saturn and Neptune in Pisces lessons over the years, as we embark on a whole new era of collectivism.
There are also the shadow aspects of Mars in Pisces, like passive aggressive, manipulative maneuvers. Like the NYSE Level 3 circuit breaker leading to the closing of markets, giving the Trump administration a window to declare a National Emergency and announce the diversion of $12 billion to the war effort without the market immediately crashing another 10% in response. Critics called this a "controlled demolition" of the market to facilitate war funding. This of course the day before the Virgo Lunar Eclipse.
This right as the Virgo Lunar Eclipse came in on Tuesday. With Virgo ruling digestion, the super-charged Full Moon energy that is a Lunar Eclipse rang in major action on that which we have been collectively processing for quite some time now, on all ends of the societal spectrum.
The day of the Eclipse, the U.S. threatened Denmark with NATO funding cuts over Arctic base rights. Just after the Moon squared Jupiter Retrograde in Cancer, the U.S. Navy began “inspection zones” to pressure Mexico on cartel takedowns. Following Pete Hegseth’s zionist promise to stand with Israel, the U.S. shipped more weapons to Israel to genocide Gaza. This last weekend, U.S. munitions used in the El-Fasher massacre were, of course, linked back to a UAE sale. All these authoritarian aggressions have been hashed out, or rather, digested, for quite some time. This regime is done digesting; the bodily release of their, well, shit, is here.
The ending of this digestion cycle is also continuing to be reflected by the other end of the spectrum, as people all over the U.S. and the world are increasingly coordinating collective actions against zionism, fascism, and the global Epstein p*doph*le ring.
The more that we, the people, have digested just how deeply interwoven our society is with the Epstein Files, the more that legal investigations have officially begun.
Reflecting the revelatory nature of Lunar Eclipses, right as the Virgo Moon opposed the North Node in Pisces on Monday, the Southern District of New York hand-delivered a new round of subpoenas to JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and BNY Mellon. Also on Monday from 6-7PMcst, Millions all over the U.S. cut power for one hour as an anti-war protest. Then on Tuesday, Goldman Sach’s top lawyer, Kathryn Ruemmler, resigned. According to Reuters, “Documents recently released by the U.S. Justice Department showed Ruemmler accepted gifts from Epstein and advised him on handling media inquiries about his crimes.” She is set to testify before the U.S. House Oversight Committee April 21st at 9AMcst. That same day at 5PMcst, protestors in Melbourne blocked Isaac Herzog’s departure, demanding accountability for war crimes. Saturday Morning, Norway opened a criminal investigation into Epstein-linked “charitable” shell companies.
We had another Uranus shock last week with another DHS whistleblower leaking logs suggesting a massive undercount of ICE deaths in “Mega-Camps”, right as Venus in Pisces came together with Uranus in Taurus activating a collective cry for truth. Right around the same time as the Sun in Pisces trined Jupiter Retrograde in Cancer on Thursday, the National Nurses United expanded their general strike to 40 hospitals nationwide. On Friday, the IRGC-N began striking oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, making the main gas line of the world a war zone. The student walkouts continue to grow, with 1.4 million students walking out that same day to protest ICE. Sunday evening, West Coast dockworkers announced a wildcat strike to block arms shipments.
The Russia-China union against the US war on Iran that started last week, also closed out the week. As Venus activated the Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Aries, the two countries made a defense agreement against U.S. ground intervention in Iran. This only fuels the fiery disarray and confusion of the increasing debates on whether or not World War three has started.
We keep hitting points of no return as western late stage capitalism continues to be hit by its own explosively destructive imperial boomerang, and thus is becoming increasingly personally unavoidable. This may feel grim, however with each death comes a new beginning. More and more people are choosing resistance over obedience. We must remember that rebirthing takes time, and we must play our role in midwifing this process. This brings us to this week’s energy.

As Jupiter Rx in Cancer trines Mercury Rx in Pisces, we start off the day re-evaluating security measures. This will only be further intensified by astrology of the entire day! From the stubborn opposition between the Moon in Scorpio and Uranus in Taurus in the morning, to the bluriness of the Mercury Rx-Pallas conjunction in Pisces, and all the way through the end of the day as the Moon Ingresses into the mutable fire of Sagittarius and interacts with multiple planets throughout the evening.
The way this takes form will of course depend on your chart. Here in America, this can be expected to deal with domestic financial security, which isn’t surprising given the rising oil prices and BRICS B-Bridge shift. Given the pigheaded nature of the increasingly fascist regime of the U.S., as well as the fixed energy of the Scorpio-Taurus axis lit on fire by Sagittarius, it is expected that these piggies will double down on the needs of the 1% over the needs of the people.

For my fellow Americans, on a collective scale we can expect this processing to be aloud given that Sagittarius is the rising sign of the US birth chart (at the forefront), and thus Pisces and Aries are in the fourth house (home) and fifth house (creativity) subsequently. With the Moon-Jupiter opposition, the growing collectivist movement comes to a head with the toxicity of individualism.
